We can customize how many newsletters we send, blogs we write, and social posts we do. But our packages also feature non-negotiables. We'll never NOT spend time analyzing data in a data report. We'll never NOT meet to talk strategy. We’ll never NOT do keyword research for blogs. We'll never NOT do sequence optimizations for e-commerce.

Molly will always be deeply involved in your projects and retainer support and is always in constant communication with the rest of the team. She's just a Slack message away whenever you need her! The best part? You’ll also have other members of the Acorn team to directly support you, too. You'll have an open line of communication to different members of the team, depending on the scope of your project.

We don't have a minimum contract length for our retainer clients. If we're not the right fit (which goes both ways!), we don't want to have anything get in the way of parting ways with kindness and understanding. PS: Most clients have been with us for years.
We do! Our payments plans can be extended up to six months but you get the best price when you pay in full.
We offer different system recommendations depending on your needs. Once we learn about your brand and email strategy, we'll likely recommend Flodesk or ConvertKit for service providers, or Klaviyo for e-commerce businesses. We're experts in all three.
Not at this time. We will create the strategy, write the content, write the captions, and can even create your graphics. But we do not post for you, manage comments or DMs, or provide data reports. It's our goal in the future to be able to offer full service social media management! But right now, consider us your content production team.
