In my free time, you’ll probably find me hiking in the mountains, whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen, or trying to get through one of the many books on my ever-growing to-read list. I’m also a huge fan of being a tourist in my own city and am always looking to discover new nooks and crannies, so I’m often walking around places both foreign and familiar in search of an adventure.

When I’m not at my desk creating, the Hawaii girl in me absolutely loves stepping out in nature. I no longer live on the islands but am living my west coast girlie life in Los Angeles, while still having the freedom to travel home and visit my family a few times throughout the year.
